School is just around the corner, and that means that fall sports are almost ready to begin.  Be sure that you have an updated physical, insurance information, and the code of conduct agreement filled out and ready to go prior to the start of practices on August 15.  Forms can be found below or may be picked up in the main office at the high school.  Parents also need to sign and turn in the last page of the Parent Handbook linked below.  All of this MUST be turned in to the AD's office before you will be cleared for participation.
